Like most Jazzmasters the stock bridge is a real weak point on what is otherwise a great guitar. My Squire Vintage Modified Jazzmaster has the same common complaint that the bridge vibrates itself to pieces. Literally as you play all the screws loosen and the bridge drops and all the saddles come lose. So I bought the English manufactured Stay Trem replacement, as used byJohnny Marr amongst many others. It’s a simple straight swap. The Stay Trem bridge just drops in. It comes pre radiused so only requires a small adjustment to the height to set the action, and the any saddle adjustment for intonation. Absolutely brilliant.
I havent done this for a while
I havent posted in my blog for ages. I had server issues and my website was down. I managed to figure it out in the end and learnt a few new things in the process.
#brandopusgranada
Wow! What a weekend. I went on our annual company weekend away. We all were taken to Granada, Spain. It was beautiful, especially Alhambra.
In charge for a week
So I’ve had the hot seat this week. It’s been a busy but enjoyable one. Cracked and on and achieved.

WordPress on my phone
I’m just trying out WordPress on my phone. It seem to work well. The theme dynamically changes on my phones browser, which makes it nice and usable on a small screen. I’m starting to really enjoy using WordPress over other web site creation apps.
